Conduct Trials :

- Conduct trials in our customers' steel melting shops using the induction furnace.

- Follow predefined procedures and parameters to carry out trials effectively.

- Monitor and adjust equipment settings as needed during trials.

Data Collection and Reporting:

- Record and analyze trial results, documenting any deviations from expected outcomes.

- Prepare detailed reports summarizing trial findings.

- Obtain signatures from the Incharge or relevant personnel on the trial reports.

Plant Management:

- Proactively identify and manage any shortcomings or issues that may arise during trials.

- Collaborate with plant staff to address and resolve any operational challenges.

- Ensure that all safety protocols and guidelines are strictly adhered to during trials.

Achieve Desired Results:

- Work closely with the team to achieve the desired outcomes of each trial.

- Make data-driven recommendations for improvements to meet customer requirements.

- Continuously optimize processes to enhance efficiency and quality.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in reporting.
