Position : Associate Manager Quality

Location : Gurgaon

Reporting : Sr. Manager Quality

Qualification : MBA/Post Graduate

Experience : 4-7 yrs

Essential : Must have 3-4 years relevant experience in quality & process improvement. Any project in Green Belt/Black Belt will be advantage.

1. Process mapping, identifying and implementing process performance matrix.

2. RCA for customer complaints and ensuring timely response to the customer.

3. Work on recurring quality issues and take Corrective Actions

4. Be responsible for continuous improvement initiates and ensure desired results are obtained.

5. Identify the project, propose and plan the project with clear ROI.

6. Lead project meetings and work with all stakeholders to ensure project is completed within time frame.

7. Identify interdependencies of the project, determine other requirement, roles and approvals required and work upon them.

8. Responsible for timely resolution of issues while working with stakeholders as and when required.

9. Lead team through implementation phase across all functions and work on continuous quality improvement activities post implementation.

10. Ensure smooth integration and implementation into other routine production processes where applicable.

11. Track the project through the go-live stage to ensure timely delivery and publish the status of the project on frequent intervals.

12. Document /assist teams in developing process documentation and SOPs.

13. Expected to drive continuous improvement of various process quality, turnaround time, and delivery performance by working closely with cross- functional teams for the delivery to enhance business growth by improving bottom line.
