Store & Dispatch Executive (5-7 yrs)
- To maintain the Stock level, records of stock movement through ERP and manually.
- Manage the Receipt, Storage and Issuance system.
- To prepare, monitor, shortage / Inventory reports as per the plan.
- To check Supply invoices as per the Purchase Orders.
- To prepare reports on Slow / nonmoving stock, adjustment in inventory.
- To Process the Job work / Challan under the 57F4 rule.
- Effective Coordination with Purchase-Production-PPC.
- Maintain the FIFO system for issuing goods/material.
- Handling dispatch
