Job Description :
- Proper planning of Required Material &Purchasing.
- Vendor developing, negotiation contract finalization.
- Observation for material receiving & checking as per purchase order
- Observation for GRN on daily basic & issue to account dept.
- Receiving Material as per Purchase Order & preparation of GRN after quality assurance.
- Preparing requisition as per movement of material.
- Maintaining Computerized as well as Manual Stock registers
- Preparing & Sending Inventory Report to seniors.
- Movement of daily & monthly stock reporting to senior.
- Provide Statement for Recovery of material from labours or labour contractors who left the company.
- Store accounting.
- Working Knowledge of ERP system.
- Continuous training to the juniors about the process.
- Proper co-ordination with department like Purchase, Account, Execution team.
- Day to day recording of store material receipts and consumption
- Checking physical stock as per records.
- Receiving materials, proper stocking, and recording of receipts.
