- Handling all the incoming materials and outgoing materials as per norms.

- Taking various development in stores department.

- Must have knowledge in BAR CODE scanning system

- Providing MIS report to the management on daily basis.

- Keeping records of all sales materials & providing it's report to the management.

- Maintain day to day stock position report of some fast moving items & convey for effective Management.

- Materials issue to production based on work order and issue slip.

- Reconciling returnable materials against party account.

- Physically verifying all items & reconcile the same with system on daily basis.

- Indent to purchase department as the guidelines of minimum & maximum level.

- Providing inventory report to the management & dept HOD as & when they required.

- Checking all records like Inward, Outward, and RGP & NRGP on daily basis.

Monitoring loading & Unloading of all heavy materials.

- Maintaining RG Part 1 and Part II registers.

- Prepare Job Work challans and update the same in Job work Register

- Follow-up for pending Job work challans which are pending to be closed.

- Verification of Security inward and outward registers.

- Maintaining All records as per ISO norms.

- Coordinating with internal, external and bankers at the time of auditing.

- Preparation of Purchase order and send to suppliers.

- Coordination with Purchase, Account, and Production deportment

- Materials follow up from suppliers by order wise.

Should have good exposure on Tally Pkg., Stock records, maintained 2 crores worth of goods etc.
