- Experience into Inventory management or salary management
- Experience into cost control
- Should source and recruit manpower
- Team handling and should provide coaching to staff
- Sound knowledge of account management
- Knowledge of Ms office and typing
- Grievance handling
- He will deploy, drive & review process compliance in store operations to ensure the following are achieved: OTD, IBND, Write-Off, Undelivered, stock control, customer complaint, ops call to CS, Cancellations, Asset control CEE/Van/Picker efficiency.
