- To be able to consistently make coffee according to documented Standards.

- To have a thorough knowledge of all coffee and coffee products sold at Coffee and the ability to verbally communicate this knowledge in order to educate customers, promote new products and company events and to promote the brand.

- Handle complaints according to Coffee guidelines and in a way that leaves customer satisfied and impressed. Should be open to accept negative feedback, problem solving etc.

- To gain a thorough understanding of all procedures in Retail and follow all procedures as outlined in the Retail Procedures Manual.

- To communicate with the Operations Head regarding any changes, problems, or complaints in the Retail area.

- Commitment to Core Values of passion, accountability, consistency, inspiration and integrity (PACII) and display behaviour consistent with these Core Values.

- Conducting daily, weekly and monthly inventory as required.

- Forecasting and planning of daily, weekly and monthly sales in order to achieve the target projected.

- Following and delivering all the food safety rules.

- Cash deposit process to be followed.

- Complying with SOD & EOD process.

- Managing end to end P&L of store.

- Assisting Area Operations Manager/ Operations Head in branding exercises.

- Ability to operate cash register or point of sale (POS) terminal, as needed.

- Assisting in vendor negotiation or coordination if required.

- Ability to train all store staff as required by Coffee India.

- Expected to cope from the stress and pressures brought about by this job.

Salary:INR 1,75,000 - 3,00,000 P.A. 15,000/- PM to 30,000/- PM Depending Present Salary, Experience & Designation.
