Store Manager - F&B Industry (1-3 yrs)
Job description :
- Store operations: Drive processes to ensure smooth store operations through adherence of timings, uptime and customer experience SLAs, online orders management
- Store profitability: Manage store profitability through effective control of all cost parameters - from people to wastage to overhead costs
- Inventory management : Stock inwards, inventory management (FIFO,FEFO), billing, wastage management
- Asset management : Equipment and asset management, maintenance and audits
- Audits : Own all rating metrics - Food rating, Service rating, Critical audits - daily and weekly
- People : Training and development of staff, prepare and manage staff duty roaster
- Marketing : Build store awareness and promotion in catchment area
