Store Manager - Luxury Brands (2-6 yrs)
Store Manager
- Achieve monthly/annual Sales target
- Handle entire store operations
- Convert high value customer queries into sales
- Play a lead role and provide guidance to the team
- Should have customer centric approach
- Should focus on making the store profitable and cut down costs
- Participation in the jewelry and other outdoor exhibitions
- Flexible in time and work, based on the requirement
- Prepare appropriate merchandise mix for store as per customer requirement.
- Identify stock gaps on regular intervals
- Ensure zero stock loss at store
- Identify various opportunities to increase foot-falls at the store
- Should be able to give feedback to marketing and merchandise team on consumer behavior and reasons for non-purchase.
- 2+ years of experience as a store manager
- Look for candidates who have extensively worked with Jewelry brands.
- Candidates who have experience with Luxury brands are preferred.
- Achieve monthly/annual Sales target
- Handle entire store operations
- Should be efficient in store operations.
- Should be good at motivating and retaining store personnel
- Excellent spoken English and Hindi communication
