Job Title - Store Manager

Job Description :

- Ensure all company policies and procedures are implemented and monitored in store

- Daily briefing and Weekly Reports to review sales figures and take proactive measures to ensure stores targets are met.

- Improving CRM database

- Maintain stock records

- Man power planning: Weekly roster and managing leave requests

- Understand customer issues over time and develop compelling solutions to pre-empt customer needs and questions

- Provide world-class customer care to customers by email and phone as and when required.

- Liaise with our tailors to fix individual customer issues

- Managing the store and assisting customer in designing shirts (Men & Women)

- Daily Cash & Bank transactions

- Maintaining petty cash expenses

- Interacting with customers

- Help customers designing their shirts & Sales transactions

- Visual merchandiser and store display, etc
