Job Description :
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in logistics company
- Thorough knowledge of geography on State and district level
- He Should be good in communication (basically respective state local language
- He Should be familiar with FMCG operations.
- Should be able handle 20-30 member of team size.
- Knowledge of Local and national Couriers and transporters
- Achieving efficiencies and driving costs down.
- Managing & supporting new business implementations and project rollouts.
- Identifying safety compliance issues.
- Comprehensive knowledge of logistical procedures and processes.
- Analyzing business data and drawing logical conclusions.
- Confident in his ability to make the right decisions.
- Setting achievable objectives and managing all projects.
- Can communicate effectively with colleagues and people in the supply chain.
- Willing to take responsibility for the day to day management & administration of the Logistics department.
- Should be good in MIS & providing required reports to HOD
