Stores Officer - Raw Material & Packing Material (1-2 yrs)
- Scheduling and planning of Raw Material and Packing Material etc.
- Preparing GRN Maintaining goods inward and Outward register.
- GMP Documentation related to RM Stores.
- Receipt and Issuance of Raw material, packing material. Packing material dispensing
- Responsible for cleaning and safety of the store.
- Raw Material Dispensing.
- Preparing E-Way Bills, Gate Pass,
- Responsible for Dispatch Finish Good Material.
- Monthly Report and documentation related to Stock.
- Keep a constant check on stock levels.
- Coordination with other related departments like Production, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Engineering, etc.
- Maintaining raw material and packing material requisition.
- Stock maintaining in Tally ERP Format
- Material procuring from authorized vendors taking quotes and negotiation on material cost. Making P.O for the same. Balance Calibration of store balances checks with standard weights in the company.
