Strategy Operations Manager (Manufacturing)

- Responsible for oversees and improves all aspects of production, from planning to quality control, while aligning with company goals and implementing strategic initiatives. Analyze performance, manage resources, and lead teams to achieve efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business objectives, including production planning, inventory management, and resource allocation.

- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient production processes, including quality control, safety compliance, and cost reduction.

- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, reduce waste, and enhance efficiency.

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and drive performance targets.

- Manage budgets, resources, and procurement, ensuring financial sustainability and maximizing ROI.

- Collaborate with other departments (engineering, supply chain, quality assurance) to align on production objectives and resource allocation.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.

- Analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement and prepare reports on operational performance for management.

Qualification And Experience:

1. BE & MBA in Operations with Experience of 2-5 Years in Manufacturing and Understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and inventory management.

2. Ability to develop and implement long-term strategies that align with business goals.

3. Ability to identify and solve problems effectively, ensuring smooth operations.

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions.

5. Experience in managing projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

6. Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a valuable asset.

7. Experience in managing budgets and financial performance.

8. Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for production planning, inventory management, and data analysis.

9. Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential for motivating teams and conveying strategic direction.
