Job role Summary:

- We are seeking a creative, technically proficient and professionally driven Structural BIM Modeler to join our Nagpur office. The ideal candidate will help conceptualize, develop, and execute structural design production by developing accurate BIM models and detailed structuralconstruction drawings for commercial, hospitality, residential, and mixed-use projects. You will collaborate with internal design teams, engineers, and external stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that meet project goals on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Project Development

- Prepare conceptual, schematic, and develop structural Revit model based on structural design inputs that align with client requirements & codes

- Model structural systems including foundations, framing, details, & prepare issued for construction drawings.

- Coordinate with Architecture and MEP disciplines to ensure model alignment and resolve clashes.

- Assist team with revisions and redlines as required through various design phases.

- Assist with submittals/RFIs, site coordination, and design clarifications.

- Manage deliverables across concurrent projects.

Project Management

- Oversee projects through all design phases - from concept to construction documentation and delivery.

- Conduct code compliance and Quality control through company standard operating procedures.

- Prepare and review technical specifications, schedules, and compliance.

Innovation & Technology

- Utilize advanced design technology (e.g., Revit, BIM workflows, DFMA design)

- Contribute to the adoption of efficient design processes that support BASE4's focus on fast, cost effective solutions.

Teamwork & Leadership

- Mentor junior engineers and interns where applicable.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across global offices

- Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and innovation

Software & Tools:

- Revit Structure, AutoCAD, Dynamo.

Preferred:

- Experience working on international projects with BIM workflows and collaborative design coordination.

- Familiarity with structural systems (RCC + Steel + Wood).

- Exposure to hospitality, residential, or commercial projects.

Qualifications:

- Diploma / bachelor's degree in civil engineering from a recognized institution

- 1- 2 years of professional experience in Structural BIM Modeler, preferably within commercial or hospitality projects.

- Ability to read and prepare plans, schematics sections, and engineering sketches.

- General code knowledge
