Site Supervision:

1 Round the clock supervision of the day-to-day site activities. 

2 Pre-pour checking & clearance for RCC & piling. 

3 Post-pour inspection of RCC structures. 

4 Monitoring quality. 

5 Checking and certification of joint measurement in consultation with Section Head.

 6 Monitoring progress w.r.t L2/ L3 Schedule of respective projects and informing Section Head / Section In charge if there's a delay.

 7 Supervision of other infrastructure development works.

Material tracking & Management :

1 Checking & certification of Bar Bending Schedule

 2 Keeping track of received Vs consumption of reinforcement steel 

3 Keeping track of received Vs consumption of Cement 4 Regular visits and checking stock of construction material with respect to the plan.

Safety :

1 Candidate must have knowledge of basic safety rules. 

2 Ensuring job safety on daily basis as per AMNS Safety Policy. 

3 Issue stop work notice in consultation with Section Head / Section In-charge in case of major safety violation. 4 Participation in daily TBT.

Documentation :

1 Sending daily progress report pertaining to civil works. 

2 Keeping track of piling and concreting with respect to the BOQ.

 3 Maintaining record for the chronological progress of the structures. 

Maintaining Shift Wise register on the progress.

 4 Preparing monthly progress report 

5 Maintaining record for delays occurred from AMNS / Contractor's side and informing regularly to Section Head / Section In-charge. Total Years of Experience

1. BE / BTech - min. 3-year experience

2. Diploma - min. 6 Year experience
