Structure CAE Engineer - Refrigerator/Home Appliances (2-4 yrs)
Job Summary
- Structure CAE Engineer for Product Category of Refrigerator/Home Appliances
Desired Profile :
-Candidates should possess Good Communication Skills [Verbal & Writing], Inter Personnel Skills and Good analytical Thinking
Self motivated, Good ownership & High Level of Commitment. Ability to manage the Projects through his leadership skills, while dealing with Internal as well as outside customers.
Should have :
- Master of Engineering or M Tech (regular) Mechanical
- Deep Understanding of physics behind the FEA Static Linear/Non-Linear & Dynamic Problems
- Must have experience in using CAE Solvers Abaqus Implicit & Dyna Explicit
a) Good Knowledge of meshing 2D/3D components & Assembly making & Integration
b) Solving Contact non linear Problems wrt material properties
c) Mesh & Analysis Process Standardization & Method development
d) Knowledge of CAD Software like NX UG & should have worked in Sheet metal & Plastic Part Design and Development through Structure CAE/Simulation
e) Knowledge of TCL/TL or Python is added advantage
f) Optimization using simulation and optimization technique like Design Of Experiment (DOE)
- Should have basic knowledge of Six Sigma (GB/BB), BOM (Bill of material)
- Critical Thinking for effectively approaching towards solution
Skills :
CAE Tools - Hyper mesh, Abaqus, LSDyna, Nastran, Six Sigma, Unigraphics 11,
Min/ Max : 02~03 Years [Experience]
Education : M.Tech ( Mechanical/CIM) preferably from NIT/IIT- s
