Suminter India Organics - Executive - Logistics (2-4 yrs)
The incumbent will be responsible for Supply Chain management across Europe/US/ROW region. Commodities: Sugar (India & Uganda)
- Forecast & Planning import of Sugar
- Import goods - documents, clearance
- Managing inventory
- Distribution Ex-warehouse sales
- PO, Sales Order, Invoicing and documentations
- Warehousing costs
- Vendors Management
- Other operations-warehousing like repacking, sampling
- Co-ordination within the various Dept for execution of Global Sugar Sales
- Audit - Skal, Ecocert, Oncecert, Flocert(FTO) and Food authority for compliance
- MIS - EU and Intercompany transactions
- Transport arrangements
- Coordination between customer, warehouses, transport service providers, VAT and CXL and wherever required.
- Managing Direct Sugar Shipments from India & Uganda:
- Purchase orders
- Documents
- Sales invoices
- Coordination between Shipper & Consignee
