Role - As a Machine Maintenance and Shift Supervisor, the candidate will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities during their assigned shift, ensuring optimal performance of machinery and equipment

Responsibilities:

1. Supervision of Maintenance Team:

Lead and manage the maintenance team, assigning tasks and ensuring proper execution.

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

2. Maintenance Management:

- Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules to reduce machine downtime.

3. Troubleshooting and Repairs:

- Diagnose mechanical issues quickly and effectively, coordinating immediate repairs.

4. Safety and Compliance:

5. Collaboration:
