Supervisor- Production & Assembly (3-7 yrs)
Job Description :
- Having experience on the production line of Assembly and manufacturing from a similar industry.
- Coordinating and reporting day-to-day activities with the Line in-charge.
- Ensure production plan is achieved as per target and manage to handle day to day activity,
- Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures.
- Management and supervision of assembly workers of machines (industrial stirrers) manufactured by the Company
- Basically, you will be in -house, but there is a possibility that you will be on a business trip. (Business trip is a customer, or a supplier)
- Have mechanical assembly experience.
- He has experience assembling parts using bolt nuts.
- There is experience assembling parts that use welding.
- Have the experience of incorporating bearings.
- Have the experience of incorporating an oil seal.
- He has experience assembling hydraulic pipes and water distribution pipes.
- There is experience of screw hole processing only with tools. (Hand tool only without using a processed machine)
- Experience of using attached equipment
- Has been using a ceiling crane.
- Have a ceiling crane up to how many tons of heavy objects.
- A processed machine (drilling machine) may be used.
- You can drive a forklift. (Scheduled to be introduced in the future)
- He can understand the drawing symbol.
- Know 3S (organizing, tidy, cleaning).
- He managed three or more assembly workers.
- Until now, there is an experience of responding when it is impossible to assemble for some reason at the time of assembly
- Until now, there is a response to the assembly engineer when an injury occurs
