Job Description :
- Supervision of machine shop.
- Conduct shift start meeting.
- Manpower planning and puts operator on machine as per skill matrix.
- Daily rejection analysis and taking counter measure against rejection.
- Filling production sheet hourly.
- Preparing line Documents based on requirement.
- Achieving production target.
- Attend production meeting and discuss about problem.
- Eliminating customer written and customer complained.
- Maintain 5 - S, Safety standard
- Provide training of 5 S, skill matrix & measuring instruments to operators
