Job Description :
a) Receiving Inspection quality plan preparation
b) Receiving Inspection for BO parts as per Sampling plan [IS 2500] & monitoring quality levels
c) NPD/New Supplier Parts, NPD Sample Approval (PPAP) & 4M change Approval
d) Instrument & Test bench planning for incoming inspection
e) Test Lab coordination for Lot level monitoring
f) Layout Inspection
g) Supplier rejection root cause analysis & implementation of CAPA
h) Supplier quality rating and performance monitoring
