Supplier Quality Management Role - Sheet Metal Fabrication & Welding (3-10 yrs)
Qualification : B.E in Mechanical Engineering
Experience : 3-10 years
Job Responsibility/ Specific Skill Set :
Strong knowledge in :
- Sheet metal fabrication and welding process & relevant standard requirements
- Root cause analysis and corrective action process
- Advanced Product Quality Process (APQP)
- Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)
- Supply chain management.
- Knowledge in billets/sheet metal hot/cold rolling will be added advantage.
- Should have experience in supplier auditing and willing to travel/visit suppliers frequently.
- Exposure in SPC, 8D Report and QC Tools are mandatory.
