Supply Chain Executive (3-5 yrs)
Long term expectations :
a) Vendor and product qualification based on quality systems and production protocols of the vendor.
b) Monitoring vendor performance based on their delivery, price and quality behaviour.
c) New/Alternate vendor development through visits to trade shows, conferences and site visits.
d) Measure and control the purchase pricing.
1st year training and expectations:
1. Follow - up for movement of Import consignments from supplier
2. Generate purchase order for imports in ERP.
3. Managing import documents.
4. Preparation of costing sheet of the import shipment
5. Follow up for the import clearance & related needful.
6. Compilation of credit note of Filler consignment & keeping track of all records.
7. Coordination with all plants for deliveries.
8. Coordination with accounts for the vendors payments & other needful.
9. New Vendor development for the consumable items.
10. Negotiation & releasing purchase order for the consumable & spare items.
