Supply Chain Executive - Vendor Management (1-3 yrs)
Job Description :
- Vendor creation and management
- Framing supply chain policies and execution
- Formulating strategies to ensure reliable and profitable operations
- Monitoring incoming shipments and coordinating with the logistic partners
- Managing domestic & international custom clearance
- Raising escalations to logistic partners in order to resolve the issues regarding timely delivery of material
- Managing material insurance policies. Reimbursement of lost/damaged material
- Forecasting material requirement and planning procurement
- Managing in/out of material from office
- Ensuring timely delivery of material
- Monitoring stock levels
- Identifying process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner
- Collaborating with sales, operations, stores, and service teams
Required experience, skills and qualifications :
- Minimum graduate degree/ masters degree- added advantage
- Minimum two years of work experience in similar field
- Knowledge of erp software
- Excellent communication and co-ordination skills
- Team player
