Supply Chain Head - Lithium Ion battery (10-15 yrs)
Job Description :
- Production Planning & Control /Purchase (Import/ Local) and order to delivery cycle management.
- Aggregate planning, Master Production scheduling (MPS) & Material Requirement Planning (MRP).
- Understanding of Material Planning & Procurement.
- Inventory management. Inventory Valuation, Monitoring and liquidation planning .
- Dispatch Planning. Import /Export Planning /Custom clearance/Vessel planning. Duty Payment.
- CHA /Forwarder Management / Co-ordination with Freight forwarders/Shipping lines.
- Customer Interaction/Handling.
- Excellent Relationship Management & Analytical skills.
- Effective communicator & team leader combined with flexible & detail oriented attitude with the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels.
- Formulating the MIS Reports like Plan vs. Actual, Delay Analysis, Material Compliance, Customers Compliance, etc.
- Develop alternate suppliers to reduce cost of items.
- Transit time reduction for Import/export after discussion with suppliers/shipping lines/Forwarders.
