Job Description :
- Handling complete Souring and costing activities for Wiring Harness projects.
- Knowledge in Negotiating and getting the best quote from various authorized distributors/suppliers.
- Handling complete Sourcing/Vendor development activities of Wiring Harness, for R&D,NPD and Mass production.
- Knowledge of import sourcing, customs duties, freight and cost calculations.
- Getting cost breakups and analyzing each part/process and negotiating.
- Supplier Evaluation and benchmark Indian supplier with overseas supplier and improvements.
- Suppliers Evaluation/Assessment by considering various factors such as Financial & Technical Aspects, Quality, Cost, Deliveries, Technology, accessibility
Knowledge on Contracts - NDA & MSA.
- Sourcing of Wiring Harness components, Electronic parts such as Active, passive electromechanical components and PCB.
- Knowledge of Local Buy components.
- Language fluency (minimum oral) in Kannada.
