Supply Chain Management Executive - Import/Export (7-10 yrs)
Job Responsibilities
1. Lead team of 6 to 10 for Import/Export Supervision & coordination.
2. Liaising with international suppliers & buyers for the goods readiness, Delivery schedules & Documentations.
3. Finalizing quotations, optimizing Time lines and B/L by working in coordination with freight forwarders, Reviewing SOP's & Service levels.
4. Looking after custom clearance of shipments for various brands availing duty exemption benefits & adhering to compliance by coordinating with CHA/CB.
5. Applying for WPC, type approval & export / import license for the company to import the restricted items and custom clearance for India region
6. Management & Coordination of import & export documents specially Certificate of Origin, SAFTA, AIFTA,CEPA,GSP & SAPTA to get preferential duty benefit.
7. Manage & liaison with customs for refund of duty drawbacks, SAD/ACD, CVD, Excess Duty, EDD and realignment of export & re-exports processes.
8. Soft Skills - Budgeting, MIS Reporting, Defining Team KPI/KRA's & track the performance.
9. Must able to understand Business needs & execute them.
10. Must able to re-engineer the Import & Export processes to achieve service levels.
Experience : 7 to 10 years in Imports & Exports - Exp. In retail Industry will be preferred.
