Opening for Manager Supply chain.

Locatin -Nashik

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct supply planning based on forecast received from Internal customers in India & across the world to ensure delivery of products in right quantities at right time .

- Establish Service Agreements with the all markets and ensure relationship and communications is managed in line with service agreements

- Establish & implement productive communication and information sharing mechanisms with all key interfaces and stakeholders in plant, supply chain, ITQ and different markets .

- Work with cross functional teams & leaders (Quality, Manufacturing, R&D, Marketing & Finance) for developing Product, material & vendors .

- Contribute in strategy development & execution for procurement, Inventory management, cost optimization (HMM - Holistic Margin Management) .

- Maintain highest level of compliance to internal controls, quality and food safety requirements as per standards

- Develop & Implement continuous improvement plans & validate performance .

- Establish, implement & own business processes in Supply Chain management .

- Lead daily, weekly & monthly planning process, variance analysis & improvement plans

- Develop systems to track department performance and KPI's and analyze them to make actions plans for improvement

- Supplier selection ensuring compliance to company policies, procedures and programs; including food safety, regulatory & quality compliance

- Materials planning with suppliers, sourcing ingredients at right cost, right time

- Track supplier performance and maintain relationship to ensure service and quality levels remain at high / acceptable standards

- Work with ITQ and sourcing to ensure quality performance of suppliers and take / drive actions in case of issues

- Identify alternate sources of supply, Influence procurement on sourcing strategies

- Inventory management, that is, establish inventory levels for raw materials, packing material and finished goods to maintain higher customer service levels and to avoid write offs
