Manage Supply Chain Planning (Production Planning, Distribution Planning, Network Planning) :
- Expertise in Process Transformation - Replenishment Projects, Demand Planning, Production & Distribution Planning, Safety Stock Management :
- Demonstrate a solid quantitative background including experience in applying optimization and simulation techniques towards Supply Network Optimization
- Developed excel based Supply Plan, Dispatch Plan, Component Planning
Responsible for Demand & inventory planning for Personal care & FMCG :
- Generate unconstrained Demand Plan for the BU by combining Market Intelligence with statistical forecast
- Developed causal model for event effects to derive single business number
- Monthly S&OP review with category & supply team for constraints, deals, promotion & new launches
- Implemented Planning parameters: inventory policy, ROP and Safety stock for all SKUs across FCs
- Identify zonal demand-supply gap and recommended seller density improvement to supplier team
- Inventory Ageing analysis to identify slow-moving & obsolete items; work with stakeholders for liquidation
- Responsible for Capacity based Co Planning with 3PL Vendors to maximize penetration in India
- Track and present Planning Accuracy & Adherence, Inventory Ageing & Health, RU, etc. to senior leadership
