Supply Planning & Control Expert (1-10 yrs)
Additional resource requirement in Supply Planning Team to Execute OF Dashboard DP04 sales orders which is taken up as additional responsibility/ownership in the Team.
Responsibilities :
1. Demand Replenishment planning and fulfillment.
2. Review OFD workflows and take actions to provide commit to sales order within agreed SLA time frame.
3. Review weekly/Daily MRP execution and ensures accuracy of information; validates master scheduling and/or PDS requirements
4. Inventory Control - Analyzes usage data and stock levels to order parts to satisfy service levels; maintains inventory levels per plan and expedites shortages; assists in setting up new inventory systems or modifying existing systems, when necessary; assigns appropriate expediting duties to expediters.
5. Process Control - May participate in identifying root cause and corrective action from PCI reporting and metrics, or in cycle counting
6. CPI - Pioneer CPI projects in process related to Supply Planning
7. Maintain excellent communication with customers and internal stakeholders
