Designation : Support Engineer

Experience:- 1-3 yrs

Location:- Bangalore

Essential Tasks

- Taking ownership of technical issues, and working with SAP and POS teams to resolve

- Resolving escalated customer complaints without the need for support lead intervention

- Documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution steps

- Monitor the systems on regular intervals for any anomalies and take proactive measures to resolve

- Publish daily dashboard capturing system monitoring and end-to-end data flow tasks carried out with their statuses

- Respond to incidents and service requests on priority and continuously thrive to resolve them within the SLAs

- Escalate issues having medium to high impact with support lead. Liaise with business team colleagues in understanding impacts and provide alternative temporary solutions

- Excellent team player and interacts with other team members during cross-functional issues until the issue is fully resolved.

- Participate in all testing related activities for problem fixes and implement changes adhering to the change process.
