- Years of Experience : 5-8 years in designing with real estate developers

- Qualification : B.Arch.

- Location : Supreme Headquarters, Bandra West

- Industry : Real Estate

Responsibilities :

- Design development and feasibility

- Concept design working

- Working on presentations

- Evaluation of designs and drawings sent by various consultants

- Drafting of drawings

- Co-ordinate with domestic and international consultants/architects

- Co-ordination of drawings with external consultants and internal departments

- Co-ordination of information flow

- Co-ordination of arch. drawings with internal team for approvals

- Value additions in space planning and design

- Manage timely deliverables to project disciplines/execution team

- Keeping track of project schedule and possession dates

- Project Reviews with the Team

- Address site issues with regular coordination with Execution/Project management team

- Inspect sites to evaluate adherence to design intent, RFI management, offer solutions to execution challenges

Pre-requisites :

- Understanding of project stages: Concept, Schematic Design, Design Development, GFC, As-built

- Knowledge of Autocad, Excel, Power Point, Sketchup and BIM

- Commitment to deliverables

- Open to learning and take feedback
