Suspn -Design support - Pro-E cad tool.

Preferred Skills.

Must be expert in CAD work (PRO-E). Able to make casting, sheet metal designs

- Must be having knowledge of design of suspension systems like MacPherson, leaf spring suspension

- Understanding suspension layout with axle path, concepts of bump steer, brake steer, etc.

- Must be expert in PLM Work (Release, Test request creation, DML Tracking etc.)

- Understanding of design for manufacturing concepts for casting, forging, sheet metal

- Understanding of vehicle dynamic concepts like roll stiffness, ride frequency calculation, etc.

Job Description / Responsibilities :

The selected consultant will be required to support for

- Preparation of CAD Model and layout of suspension system

- DMU Check points (critical clearance analysis), axle path and wheel envelope, etc.

- Design calculation of suspension like leaf spring design, ride and roll calculations

- CAD drawings preparation & in PLM release process to be done

- Understanding FEA reports and ADAMs analysis reports and modify design accordingly

- All design calculation and CAD work related to above deliverables

- All process from Cad preparation to design Release in PLM to be done

- Field issues to be tracked and resolved and root cause analysis to be prepared
