Job Description :
- Managing the Project Work from the beginning stage till the commissioning
- Detailed study of scope of work, Specification, Equipment Schedule and BOQ etc.
- Preparation of Bill of Quantities and accordingly submitting to purchase team.
- Mobilization of manpower for execution of the project.
- Preparation of Daily & Weekly program based on one month look ahead program.
- Preparation of Daily, Weekly and Monthly work progress report.
- Preparation of the detailed Site quantities requirement
- Preparation of Work Method Statement as per specification and standard norms
- Supervision of installation of Electrical, mechanical
- Coordination with all other departments like sales etc
- Coordinating with customers during the execution of the project.
- Coordination with team for sales of spare parts and services etc
- Overall Incharge of technical team
