Responsibilities :

- Implement and manage quality control processes to ensure products meet or exceed established standards.

- Conduct thorough inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.

- Analyze quality data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential issues.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality-related concerns and implement corrective actions.

- Develop and maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports, procedures, and manuals.

- Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities for quality deviations.

- Assist in supplier quality management by evaluating and auditing suppliers' quality systems.

- Perform regular audits to ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures.

- Train and educate team members on quality control techniques and best practices.

- Stay current with industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or M.Sc or B.Sc.

- 4-8 years of experience in quality control within a Wires and cable manufacturing environment.

- Have complete knowledge of Physical/Chemical testing and can maintain Process Chemical Bath of Lead Patenting Furnace cum Hot Dip Galvanising Line as well as Wire Drawing

- Proficient in quality inspection methods, testing equipment, and statistical analysis.

- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify areas for improvement.

- Effective communication skills for collaboration and reporting.

- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards.

- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to lead investigations and corrective actions.

- Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and quality standards.

- Experience with quality management software is a plus.
