S.V.R. Auto - Supervisor - High Carbon Wire Drawing (5-8 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Lead and supervise a team of wire drawing operators to ensure efficient and high-quality production.
- Oversee the wire drawing process, including feeding, annealing, lubrication, and drawing.
- Enforce strict quality control measures to meet specifications and industry standards.
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and ensure proper calibration.
- Analyse production data to optimize processes and enhance efficiency.
- Train and develop team members on processes, safety, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with other departments for seamless operations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain a safe working environment and enforce safety protocols.
Qualifications :
- B. Tech-Mech or Diploma-Mech or Graduation (MSc or BSc) or equivalent; technical education preferred.
- 5+ years of wire drawing experience, especially with high-carbon steel.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
- Analytical mindset for process improvement.
- Effective communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
- Knowledge of manufacturing safety regulations.
