Job Description :
- Prepare Planning strategies for Overall Project by collecting data from various disciplines.
- Select most logical sequence of activities to complete project scope.
- Understand WBS structure and work with management and project team in the development of work break down structure for progress measurement, scheduling, and project control.
- Verifies critical path and interfaces between design/ engineering/ procurement / execution
- Monitors progress periodically
- Prepare and manage overall master schedule integrating work breakdown structure for L3 & L4 Schedules using scheduling software (MS Project/ Primavera).
- Coordinate schedule from multiple contractors and incorporate the information gathered into the overall project master schedule
- Develop and implement plan versus actual progress charts (histograms/S curves). Reports and analyses deviations from plan. Raise flags on Cost and Schedule Variances.
- Prepare CAPEX plan and ensure compliance to capital expenditure.
- Prepares MIS reports viz. Weekly Progress reports, Monthly Progress reports, presentation slides for meetings etc.
- Understand contractual terms, Earn Value Management and familiar with Scope Management and Change Management.
- Understand and able to utilize planning tools such as MS Project, Primavera, Advanced MS Excel and SAP.
