Job Description :

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced system engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system engineering and be able to design, develop, and implement complex systems that meet customer requirements. The system engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure system requirements are met and will be responsible for the overall success of the system design.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in System Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.

- 5+ years of experience in system engineering and design of complex systems.

- Strong understanding of system engineering processes, including requirements development, architecture development, and system integration and testing.

- Experience with system design tools and methodologies, including system modeling and simulation.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience with defense or aerospace industry preferred.

- Active security clearance preferred.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement system engineering plans and processes to meet project requirements.

- Define system architecture and design documentation, including functional and performance requirements, system specifications, and interface control documents.

- Conduct trade studies to evaluate design alternatives and make recommendations for system improvements.

- Develop and execute system integration and test plans to ensure system functionality and performance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system requirements are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.

- Manage project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure successful completion of system development projects.

- Communication with sales / marketing team for new RFQs.

- Verification of cable harness, Mechanical & Electrical designs.

- Proto system development

- Proto developed system testing

- Preparation of Production/CS/QA documents

- Support in FAT of System.

- Support to production/NPI/CS for new products

- Maintain and constantly improve existing systems
