Responsible for : Engineering

Required Education : BE Mechanical (thermodynamic is advantage)

Experience : 3 to 6 Years

Key Skills: Refrigeration system design, Heat Transfer, testing, troubleshooting, mechanical component design etc.

Essential Skills:

- System level design for various refrigeration related products/projects.

- Thermal Load calculation, component sizing and selection (compressor, condenser).

- Exposure to different refrigerant like R134a, R290, CO2 and R404a.

- System balancing (charge and capillary) and data analysis.

- Good understanding and exposure on the fundamentals of Heat & Mass transfer techniques.

- The candidate should be experienced developing tests & validating performance against specifications.

- The ability to communicate results clearly and collaborate with global counterparts in written and verbal form is essential.

- Understanding the Engineering drawings, analytical reports, design calculations, concepts and presentations.

- Good technical and analytical skills on the fluid dynamics and thermal sciences

- Suggest performance improvement ideas back to design

- Product validation for environmental conditions

- DFMEA/DRBFM

Desired skills :

- Passion and diligence for innovativeness and research

- Good communication and presentation skills

- Desirable to have user level experience in Wind-chill

- Service complaint analysis and troubleshooting

- Thermal fluid analysis is added advantage.

Other requirements :

- Good business communication (written/verbal)

- Exposure/experience to working in a global engineering team environment

- Team player, flexibility in adapting to quickly changing business & task/project priorities

- Ability & willingness to travel locally, nationally or internationally when required

- The candidate should be a resourceful and motivated self-starter with an uninhibited passion and diligence for hands-on engineering.
