KEY SKILLS - SySML Modelling, UML, MagicDraw/Cameo
Mandatory Skills (Non-Negotiable)
- SysML Modelling (Hands-on, production experience)
- UML
- MagicDraw / Cameo Systems Modeler
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain system models using SysML.
- Develop Requirement, Block Definition, Internal Block, Activity, Sequence, State Machine and Use Case diagrams.
- Perform system decomposition, interface modeling, and requirement traceability.
- Support architecture definition and system design reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure model accuracy and consistency.
- Update models based on change requests and impact analysis.
- Ensure alignment with MBSE best practices and V-Model lifecycle.
Required Experience & Knowledge
- 6 to 10 years in System Engineering / System Modelling roles.
- Strong experience in MBSE methodologies.
- Exposure to tools such as DOORS, Polarion, Jira or similar for requirement management.
- Understanding of system architecture, requirement engineering and lifecycle processes.
Preferred (Good to Have)
Domain experience: Automotive / Aerospace / Defence / Embedded Systems
Knowledge of safety standards (ISO 26262, DO-178C)
INCOSE / SysML certification
Qualification
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Systems / Electronics / Mechanical / Computer or related field)
