Qualification : B.E/M.E Mechanical/Mechatronics
Experience : 12 - 16 years of Industry experience
Industry : Preferably from off high way segment
Reporting to : Head Systems Technology
Compensation : Commensurate with qualification and experience
Job Description :
- The Manger is responsible to work in Hydraulics systems Technology, drive and controls .Assists with determining design guidelines for multiple products.
- Lead a team of hydraulic SME
- Drives root cause analysis and problem resolution.
- Works with vehicle group, platform leads in implementation of key technology.
- Full hydraulic systems simulations and analysis
Skill required :
- Communication, Decision Making, Planning & Organizing, Analytical Ability, Business Acumen, Strategy, People Development,
- Knowledge of hydrostatic transmission, open and close center systems.
- Knowledge of energy recovery and accumulator systems.
- Knowledge of regenerative hydraulic systems.
- Sound fundamental engineering knowledge of mobile hydraulics.
- Sound decision making abilities.
- Deep customer /application understanding.
- Knowledge of prediction and analysis software will be added advantage.
- Knowledge of system integration
- Basic knowledge of CAD
