We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) in Electrical Engineering / Instrumentation Engineering / Electronics Engineering / Telecommunication to

join our team specializing in Electrical Panel Manufacturing, Process & Metering Skids, and Industrial Automation systems. The trainee will undergo structured training and gain hands-on experience in design, engineering, assembly, testing, commissioning, and project execution.

This role is ideal for recent graduates looking to build a strong foundation in industrial electrical systems and automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Engineering & Design Support

Assist in preparation of electrical schematics, GA drawings, wiring diagrams, and BOM.

Support design of:

- PCC, MCC, and control panels

- PLC & SCADA-based automation systems

- Instrumentation panels and metering systems

- Review technical specifications and customer requirements.

- Participate in load calculations, cable sizing, and component selection.

2. Manufacturing & Assembly

- Support panel assembly activities as per approved drawings.

- Coordinate with shop floor for wiring, layout, and quality checks.

- Assist in FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and inspection procedures.

3. Process & Metering Skids

Assist in integration of:

- Flow meters (Coriolis, Ultrasonic, Turbine, etc.)

- Pressure & temperature transmitters

- Control valves and analyzers

- Support skid wiring, loop checking, and testing.

4. Industrial Automation

- Support PLC programming (e.g., Siemens/Allen Bradley/Schneider).

- Assist in HMI/SCADA development and configuration.

- Participate in commissioning and troubleshooting at site (if required).

5. Quality & Documentation

- Prepare technical documentation, test reports, and O&M manuals.

- Ensure compliance with IEC / IS / project standards.

- Maintain engineering change records.

- Learning & Development Exposure

- Electrical panel design standards (IEC 61439, IS standards)

- PLC programming & industrial communication protocols

- Instrumentation calibration basics

- Industrial safety standards

- Project execution lifecycle

Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering/ Electronics & Instrumentation / Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering

0- 1 year of experience (Freshers can apply)

Basic knowledge of:

- Electrical circuits and control systems

- PLC & industrial automation

- AutoCAD / EPLAN (preferred)

- MS Office tools

Required Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Willingness to learn and work in manufacturing environment

- Good communication and teamwork abilities

- Basic understanding of industrial electrical standards

- Readiness for occasional site visits

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

Exposure to PLC platforms such as:

- Siemens

- Allen-Bradley

- Schneider Electric

- Knowledge of SCADA systems

- Internship experience in panel manufacturing or automation projects
