Job Summary:

- We are seeking an experienced PLC/SCADA Programmer with over 3 years of expertise in Schneider, Siemens, or ABB PLC systems to develop, program, and commission automation solutions for electrical panels, process and metering skids, and turnkey projects.

- Based primarily in our Navi Mumbai office, the role involves programming, testing, and integrating PLC and SCADA systems, with occasional on-site support for project execution in Oil & Gas, data centers, and other sectors.

Key Responsibilities

- PLC/SCADA Programming: Develop, configure, and program PLC and SCADA systems using Schneider, Siemens or ABB platforms for automation of electrical panels and process/metering skids.

- System Integration: Integrate PLC/SCADA systems with electrical panels, instrumentation, and mechanical systems to ensure seamless operation in turnkey projects.

- Project Development: Design and implement control logic, HMI interfaces, and SCADA visualizations to meet project requirements and client specifications.

- Testing and Commissioning: Conduct testing, debugging, and validation of PLC/SCADA programs in the office and, when required, at project sites to ensure functionality and reliability.

- On-Site Support: Provide on-site technical support for installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of automation systems at client sites.

- Documentation: Prepare detailed technical documentation, including functional specifications, wiring diagrams, and user manuals, to support project execution and maintenance.

- Collaboration: Work closely with mechanical and electrical engineers to align automation solutions with project designs and operational requirements.

Qualifications

- Education: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Automation Engineering, or a related field.

- Experience: 10+ years of hands-on experience in PLC/SCADA programming with Schneider, Siemens, or ABB systems, preferably in Oil & Gas, data centers, or industrial automation projects.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in programming PLCs using Schneider Siemens or ABB platforms.

- Expertise in SCADA system development and HMI design.

- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).

- Familiarity with electrical panel integration and process/metering skid automation.

Soft Skills :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

- Ability to work independently in an office setting and adapt to on-site demands.

Preferred :

- Experience with automation projects in Oil & Gas or data centers..

- Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site commissioning and support.
