- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Engineering Manager specializing in investment casting to lead our engineering team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in investment casting processes, materials, and technologies. The role involves providing technical leadership, managing engineering projects, leading a team of engineers, and driving process optimization initiatives.

Responsibility :

Technical Leadership :

- Provide technical expertise in investment casting processes, materials, and technologies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize casting processes for various applications.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, innovations, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Project Management :

- Lead engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

- Develop project plans, allocate resources, and manage project budgets effectively.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.

Team Leadership :

- Manage and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance and support in their professional development.

- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing.

- Conduct performance evaluations and identify training needs for team members.

Process Optimization :

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction in the investment casting manufacturing process.

- Implement lean manufacturing principles and conduct root cause analysis for process inefficiencies.

Requirement:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.

- Proven experience in manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering and process automation.

- Previous managerial or team leadership experience.

- Solid project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
