Job Purpose: Export officer will plan and coordinate the international shipment of goods. During the course of the day, he/she will negotiate with a variety of people, such as shippers, agents and vendors, and are expected to have excellent customer service skills in dealing with customers. He/She will keep track of invoices and prepare reports to expedite the billing process. Also to ensure that shipments are in compliance with the laws and regulations governing the export industry.

Job Description: Incumbent would be part of the supply chain team and key member of the Nutrition Solution Business; Incumbent will work with customers to enhance the smooth export process and other products of the business by developing process. Additional responsibility would be to End to End responsibility of complete documentation from Originating to destination country.

Role and Responsibilities :

- Prepare and handle all export shipping documentation related to daily shipment

- Monitor and coordinate with suppliers, shipping lines and HQ on shipment

- Administrative Assistant (record and manage accounting expenses).

- Coordination with logistics team for availability of vehicles.

- Coordination with finance ensuring timely submission of proof of exports / post shipment documents facilitating timely realization of export incentives.

- Responsible for timely payment releasing to vendors.

Job Experience Required:

- Minimum 5 Year experience in Export documentation and logistic handling

- Should have worked with export house/ Big Industry handling bulk cargo.

- Should have strong knowledge of Regulation, Procedures, Documentation.

- Should have knowledge of various process required for custom clearance

- Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or Business

Desirable:

Work Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in key roles for sales and application development.

- Knowledge and familiarity with shipping terms and documentation

- Capable, responsible, independent, and able to handle stress

- Sincere, mature and great interpersonal skills

- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
