Tata Consulting Engineers - Utility Design Engineer - Oil & Gas Refineries (5-12 yrs)
Position : Utility Design Engineer
Location : Mumbai
Reporting to : Discipline head - Mechanical
Education Qualification : Mechanical - B E / B.Tech
Experience : 5 - 12 years
Key Responsibilities :
1. Preparation of basic study report / design basis report.
2. Preparation of schematic diagrams and P&IDs
3. Preparation of equipment layout for utility plants
4. Preparation of Equipment and Instrument process datasheets, line sizing and hydraulics calculation,
5. Preparation of specification for pumps,, bid evaluation, and recommendation.
6. Co-ordination with other departments.
7. Vendor drawing review.
Key Skills Preferred :
1. Should have exposure in Oil & gas refineries, petrochemicals industry or industrial projects.
2. Experience as utilities engineer in sizing of lines, pump head calculations, selection of utility equipment such as pumps, cooling towers and compressors.
3. Shall be able to work independently, have good analytical ability and good communication skills.
