Team Lead & Asst Manager - Material Planner - Construction Industry (5-10 yrs)
Job Description :
- Diploma in Civil/BE with 4+years of experience in Material Planning
- Good in in civil construction, material and techniques.
- Good experience in material, price, codes and standards for construction material.
- Well understanding of read construction drawings and Construction methodology/process
- Market status on the various material
- Responsible for preparing material requirements for projects
- Responsible for getting authorization and submission of PRQ and follow up.
- Responsible for coordinating with supplier to get offer and follow up on material for the projects.
- Responsible for preparing MIS report on material procurement and status to management.
- Responsible for preparing material cash flow.
- Responsible for preparing target on consumption of non-movable material in stock .
- Follow up on CIP initiative.
Working Knowledge of MS Office and Auto CAD
