Purpose of the Role :

- To Lead a team

- Ensure Mechatronic system for New product in Jet spinning as per customer Need

- Ensure Implementation of special execution for Jet spinning Machines

- Ensure alternate for Obsolete components and Component availability for Jet spinning Machines

- Improve on Digitization and Automation with New Technologies in Jet spinning Machines

- Electrical Panel Design

- PLC Software programming

- Electrical Drawing Schematic, Connection and Cable kit

- Machine BOM

- Machine Architecture

- Embedded PCB Development

- Embedded Software Development

- Embedded Hardware Development

- Embedded Software troubleshooting

- Embedded Firmware development for BLDC and Stepper motors and control system

- Embedded peripheral interface including communication protocols

- Software Application development as per textile process

- IEC standards and CE certification knowledge

- HMI Development

- IOT support and enhancing machine readiness for Industry 4.0

Responsibilities & Accountabilities :

- Achieve Flawless Mechatronics design using ACDE tools

- Achieve zero defect Mechatronic system in the machine

- Ensure DFMEA deployment

- Customer complaints resolution and Issue Tracker points Resolution and Analysis

- Assess Engineer competencies for Mechatronics system development

- Ensure Patent study and New patent creation.

- Adherence of all Indian and International Electrical Legal & safety Norms and certification.

- Ensure Resource Management

Skills to note :

- Strong hands-on experience in Embedded C, C++, Linux, RTOS

- 16/32/64 bit microcontrollers, EEPROM, FLASH and RAM usage

- Communication protocols like CAN, UART, I2C, SPI, MODBUS

- Embedded simulators, IDE, CODESYS, UML, Keil C uVision, Code warrior, Proteus

- Memory regions, Interrupts, Access different memories
