Team Lead - Mechanical Engineering (8-20 yrs)
Nacelle Engineering Improvements is a department that is responsible for engineering improvements and options on various systems in the Nacelle i.e. Yaw, Cooling, Conditioning, Enclosure, Front structure, Rear structure and Access and Maintenance Systems. These activities take place after release for serial production. Improvements cover activities like: Sourcing support, Localization, Engineering changes, Request for non-standard products, Support for production, Cost reduction activities, Handling non conformities.
KRA : Responsible for the performance of the team, i.e. mainly for delivering high quality solutions on time. You will develop employees through coaching and target setting.
