Job Description for Team Lead/Project Lead
Job Title: Team Lead / Project Lead - BIW Fixture Design
Qualification:
- B.E / B. Tech or M.E/ M. Tech (Mech/Prod.)
- Diploma in Mechanical
Experience: Minimum of 8 to 14 years in a BIW fixture design domain.
Software Skills:
- CATIA V5 (Must), NX - Added advantage.
Key responsibilities:
Required Skills:
- Concept Design, 3D finish and 2D detailing must.
- Experience of Plant Layout, Cycle Time, Initial Process Related Activities, Clamp Plan,Weld Points and Weld Gun Skills.
- Pneumatic plan drawings and documentation for different OEMs
- Hands on experience on projects involving different OEMs standards.
- BIW Process Knowledge.
- Experience in Quality Checking Process.
- Knowledge of Final delivery documentation involving Ergo Study and Validation reports.
Desirable Skills:
- Onsite Project experience.
- Should be responsible for the technical estimation, internal project and resource planning.
- Bridge between client and internal team for all the execution process and related communication
- Should be responsible for End-to-End project execution and on time quality delivery.
- Should be team player and should take the responsibility of handling the assigned team of 20+ engineers.
